Returns & Exchanges

At The Grounding Co, we want you to feel completely at home in our apparel; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address for you to print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label securely to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
